Musical Mastery as S0 Construction Through Deliberate Displacement: Practice, Technical Ground State, and the Return to Ease

We apply the Displacement Framework to musical mastery. S0_musical is the technically grounded state from which expression flows at minimum cost. Practice is strategic displacement toward a new, deeper ground state. The plateau is wrong-attractor capture. Technical injury is injurious displacement from excessive Phi accumulation without sufficient return. The blue note in rock/blues is formalized as a controlled attractor-boundary approach: maximum expressiveness at minimum distance from wrong-attractor territory.

Performance anxiety is temporary displacement from S0_performer under load. Ease is proportional to accumulated discharged displacement.
