We apply the Displacement Framework to the hormone-blushing correspondence, demonstrating that facial erythema (blushing) is a partially honest signal: it reliably indicates elevation in social displacement D(xi_social) from ground state S0_social, but fails to disambiguate among the distinct hormonal states that produced it. Blushing is shown to be the surface projection of a high-dimensional internal hormonal displacement vector onto a single visible axis, with irreversible information loss.
We formalize this as the Blush Projection Map and derive six formal propositions, including a Non-Invertibility Theorem and an Observer Uncertainty result. Applications include erythrophobia, evolutionary signal theory, and clinical frameworks for social anxiety.
