Water as Ground State Medium: Hydration, the Water Cycle, and the Privatization Glitch

Water is not merely a resource within the displacement framework --- it is the medium in which all biological displacement and return occurs. Every cellular displacement happens in water. Every return path runs through water. We develop three nested accounts.
