Letter of Intent — Locus grow fleet pilot

Parties: [Buyer] and phronesis solar / Locus program

Intent: Evaluate and, subject to funding and measured pass criteria, pilot N P3-class grow units (and optional citizen P0 teaching kits) under the Locus protocol at [Site].

Scope (indicative):
1. Design packages and BOM from /locus/costs and /locus/kit
2. Install and instrument per /locus/build and /locus/measure
3. File lab-logs conforming to locus-lab-log/1; share anonymised runs
4. Dual storage accounting: electrical Wh separate from algae biomass SoC

Commercial: Materials and bench labor order-of-magnitude in /locus/pilot-budget.json. Site adders (permit, racking, install) separate. Not a binding purchase until a definitive agreement.

Term: [90] days from signature to decide on pilot SOW.
