nano DRIFT
one person made this, and that person reads the mail. if something is wrong, writing in actually reaches someone who can fix it.
// online won’t connect
the game does not retry silently — if it can’t reach a server it says so and offers you the lobby, rather than spinning and draining your battery. check the connection and pick a server again. every mode except ONLINE runs entirely on your device, so you can keep playing regardless.
// my name online isn’t mine
that’s deliberate. there is no name field: the server gives you one when you arrive — something like spark-417— and a new one each session. nothing anyone types is ever shown to another player, which is what keeps the game rated 4+ and free of anything to moderate.
// scores aren’t reaching game center
sign in under Settings → Game Center. the game submits quietly and never interrupts a round to report a failure, so a signed-out device looks identical to a working one from inside the game. each mode has its own board — a 45-second BLITZ run and a 3-minute ZEN run are not the same contest, so they are not on the same table.
// an achievement won’t unlock
all four are reachable, and that was measured rather than assumed. Six Times Overneeds a x6 multiplier, which is the ceiling — the combo climbs while you keep moving and bleeds away when you stop. All Three counts across sessions, not within one.
// your data
playing on your own sends nothing anywhere. deleting the app deletes your class, best score and settings with it — there is no account and nothing held server side to erase. the full detail is on the privacy page.

the game also runs in a browser at phronesis.world/drift.
