// the parterre — plant your own
the parterre
Plant a small garden on the grid — grass, trees, blooms, water, stone, a lantern. Keep the ones you like and they join the gallery below: a few to start from, and every garden you save. Share one and the whole garden travels in the link.
// the garden of gardens
Click a garden to open it in the grid above. The first three are seeded; the rest are yours, kept in this browser. Delete your own with the ×. A shared link opens straight into the garden it carries.
// how to play
a 12×12 grid to plant, keep, and share. no score, no clock — the counter under the grid reads planted cells out of 144.
plant — pick a tool above the grid: grass, tree, bloom, water, stone, lantern, erase. press a cell to place it; hold and drag to paint a run. erase returns cells to bare ground; clear empties the whole grid.
keep — save to gallery adds the grid to the gallery below, stored in this browser. click any thumbnail to load it back; × deletes a saved garden. the three seeds stay.
share — copy garden link puts a url on the clipboard with the whole garden encoded in it. opening that link loads the garden straight into the grid.
tip: opening a gallery garden replaces whatever is on the grid without asking — save first if the current one matters.
