// the pitch

Pitch your product. I'll hold it open until it resolves.

Five moves, from the studio module of the design course. Answer all five and the pitch is complete — not because it is good, but because nothing load-bearing is still missing.

// pitch it to me

a sentence or two, then the five moves open below.

0 of 5 resolved

Every product acts on a human system with a minimum-cost configuration. If you cannot describe the state your user is in when your product is absent and they are fine, you do not yet know what you are moving them away from.

0/40 characters. say the actual thing, not that you will.

// not yet complete

Start with the pitch. move 1, move 2, move 3, move 4, move 5 still open.

This does not read your writing and grade it — a tool that scored your prose with keyword tricks would be lying about a judgment only you can make. It holds the five moves open, refuses to call the pitch finished while one is empty, and computes the one part that is genuinely arithmetic. The method is module 8 of Design as Displacement; the conditions it leans on are DC5 and DC7. Runs in your browser, stores nothing, sends nothing.
