identity / make
Make your identity.
The four a business cannot open without, in the order they go in. Fill them in and take them away. Nothing is sent anywhere — there is no account and no endpoint; this lives in your browser and goes when the tab does.
The method itself is at /identity, free to read in full. Everything below is a question, never a verdict — a script cannot rule on whether your slogan is true.
The name
Sayable, findable, and carrying a seed of meaning before you have said a word.
The logo
Recognition without reading — the thing that stands for you at the size where no word will fit.
the test — does it survive small?
16px is a browser tab. If the segments blur into one grey circle there, the mark has failed the only job the method gives it — and more segments is usually the cause, not the cure.
The slogan
The belief. Turned inward — a claim about the world you hold to be true.
The callout
The offer. Turned outward — what you will do for the person in front of you.
These two are the pair everyone confuses, which is why they are checked against each other and not alone. Phronesis’s own: “unto nothing” is the belief; “we design anything” is the door.
your four

What this is not. It is not a brand strategy, and the mark it makes is one family of shape — a segmented disc — because that is the one this studio can generate honestly rather than pretend to design for you. The name, slogan and callout are yours; nothing here writes them. What it does is hold you to the four jobs, in order, and show you the mark at the size that decides whether it works.
