hybrid pilot

One campus. Two schemes. Three ledgers. The full thesis on one ground.

A hybrid pilot runs grow-your-own energy and a resonance harvester on the same site: roof or canopy P3-class unit for sun → match → fibre → living store, plus an RP0 pad where people already move. Ledgers stay separate. The story is mixed local generation — not one black-box megawatt claim.

Pass when grow criteria hold, harvester harvest tracks drive, and all three ledgers are co-timestamped. Machine map: /locus/hybrid.json.

Never fold the three into one “free” total. Side-by-side reporting is the product.

day-of sequence

  1. Photo whole site; open two run ids (grow + harvester) or one hybrid with scheme hybrid.
  2. NTP / documented clock on the shared logger.
  3. Grow: confirm dry envelope bounds; fibre on wet tray; irradiance + power logging.
  4. Harvester: measure or estimate f₀; place drive near match; log P_piezo and drive_on.
  5. Mid-day: no silent part swaps — new run id if hardware changes.
  6. Close: file both JSONs under /locus/runs; update index.
